Introduction & Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases made through it.

By placing an order on this website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

Wares

The wares sold on this website are intangible (‘digital’) wares.
Currently in the form of E-books, with other ware kinds planned obtainable in the future God Willing.
Each ware is described and presented accurately on its respective ware page.

Prices

Prices are determined individually for each ware and are displayed on the website.

The default currency of the website is Euro (EUR). Depending on the customer’s location however, localized pricing and/or currency conversion may be applied.
For the country of Tunisia right now, the currency displayed is Tunisian Dinar (TND).

We reserve the right to modify prices whenever we deem fit and necessary. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.

Payment

Payment is required immediately at the time of purchase.

This website integrates payment solutions that serve both local and worldwide customers:

POK: Allows payment via Pok Wallet, and Visa & Mastercard cards. Website ↗️
Paysera: Allows payment via Paysera accounts + many SEPA countries local options. Website ↗️

This worldwide payment is facilitated through our authorized Merchant of Record partner, Mohamed Amine Messaoudi PF, registered company based in Albania. The customer will see Mohamed Amine Messaoudi PF as the merchant at payment.
This is a fully authorized and transparent arrangement, backed by a formal agreement between Mohamed Amine Messaoudi PF and Vastlight Interactive, and compliant with applicable regulations.

Flouci: Allows payment via Flouci Wallet, any other Tunisian intangible (‘digital’) Wallet approved by the Central Bank of Tunisia, E-Dinar cards, and Visa & Mastercard cards. Website ↗️

Our solution for accepting local Tunisian payments, handled directly by Vastlight Interactive.

Payment options will show up in the Payment page based on your location.

We do not store and we cannot see the customer’s payment details, as explained in the ‘Payment Data’ section in the Privacy Policy.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered final once payment has been successfully confirmed by the payment gateway.

In case of payment failure, the order will not be handled.

Delivery of the Wares

Upon completing a purchase, the ware will be delivered via a download button present on a download page immediately following order confirmation, and also permanently sent to the email address provided during payment in the order completion and confirmation email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and working email address during payment, and as always in case of any unforeseen scenarios our messaging options are at your service.

Gift Purchases

The website allows customers to buy the wares as gifts for whoever they want.

When placing a gift order, the customer must provide a valid recipient email address. The ware will be delivered to the specified recipient.

The customer is solely responsible for:

The accuracy of the recipient’s email address
Ensuring that the recipient is willing to receive the ware

Once the ware is delivered to the provided email address, the order is considered fulfilled.

The same terms regarding ware delivery and non-withdrawable purchases apply to gift orders.

Intellectual Property

All wares obtainable on this website are created and authored by Seif Islem Messaoudi and are published by VastLight Interactive SARL.

These wares are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

The purchase of a ware grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to have and use the ware for personal use only.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of the ware, in whole or in part
Commercial exploitation without prior authorization
Use of the ware for training, fine-tuning, or developing so called ‘artificial intelligence’ or machine learning models

No Digital Rights Management (DRM) restrictions are applied to the wares. However, the absence of DRM does not grant any additional rights beyond those explicitly stated in these Terms.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Liability

We shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other loss resulting from the use of the website or the bought wares.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their equipment and software are compatible with the intangible (‘digital’) wares.
