Introduction & Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases made through it.

By placing an order on this website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

Products

The products sold on this website are intangible (‘digital’) products.
Currently in the form of E-books, with other product types planned available in the future God Willing.
Each product is described and presented accurately on its respective product page.

Prices

Prices are determined individually for each product and are displayed on the website.

The default currency of the website is Euro (EUR). Depending on the customer’s location however, localized pricing or currency conversion may be applied for display purposes.
For the country of Tunisia right now, the currency displayed is Tunisian Dinar (TND).

We reserve the right to modify prices whenever we deem fit and necessary. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.

Payment

Payment is required immediately at the time of purchase.

This website is currently in the process of integrating payment solutions to serve both local (Tunisian) and international customers: Flouci and Paysera, and skrill :

1) Paysera Payment Gateway:

Our main solution for accepting international payments.

This payment process is facilitated through our authorized Paysera Merchant of Record partner, Mohamed Amine Messaoudi PF, registered company based in Albania. The customer will see Mohamed Amine Messaoudi PF as the merchant at checkout.
This is a fully authorized and transparent arrangement, backed by a formal agreement between Mohamed Amine Messaoudi PF and Vastlight Interactive, and compliant with applicable regulations.

2) Flouci Payment Gateway:

Our solution for accepting local Tunisian payments, handled directly by Vastlight Interactive.

While Flouci does support international transactions, it is offered primarily as a convenient option for Tunisian customers (Transaction processed in Tunisian Dinar (TND), payment window in French). International customers are encouraged to use Paysera for a smoother experience.

3) Skrill:

Currently in the process of business application.

We do not store or have access to the customer’s payment details, as explained in the ‘Payment Data’ section in the Privacy Policy.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered final once payment has been successfully confirmed by the payment gateway.

In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

Delivery of the Products

Upon completing a purchase, the product will be delivered via a download button made available on a download page immediately following order confirmation, and also permanently sent to the email address provided at checkout in the order completion and confirmation email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address at checkout, and as always in case of any unforeseen scenarios our messaging options are at your service.

Gift Purchases

The website allows customers to purchase the products as gifts for third parties.

When placing a gift order, the customer must provide a valid recipient email address. The product will be delivered to the specified recipient.

The customer is solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of the recipient’s email address
• Ensuring that the recipient is willing to receive the product

Once the product has been delivered to the provided email address, the order is considered fulfilled.

The same terms regarding product delivery and non-withdrawable purchases apply to gift orders.

Intellectual Property

All products available on this website are created and authored by Seif Islem Messaoudi and are published by VastLight Interactive SARL.

These products are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

The purchase of a product grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the product for personal use only.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of the product, in whole or in part
• Commercial exploitation without prior authorization
• Use of the product for training, fine-tuning, or developing artificial intelligence or machine learning models

No Digital Rights Management (DRM) restrictions are applied to the products. However, the absence of DRM does not grant any additional rights beyond those explicitly stated in these Terms.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Liability

We shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other loss resulting from the use of the website or the purchased products.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their equipment and software are compatible with the intangible (‘digital’) products.
