Opening & Purpose
These terms of sale and use govern your use of this website and any purchases made through it.
By placing an order on this website, the buyer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms in full.
Wares
The wares sold on this website at this time are intangible (‘digital’) wares.
NLH (‘AI’) chat excerpts collections for now, with other ware kinds intended for the future God Willing.
Each ware is described and presented thoroughly on its respective ware page.
Pricing
Prices are determined individually for each ware and are shown on the website.
There is no ‘global base price’ for the one ware. There are prices. Different from one region to another given different contexts and circumstances.
We do cover every single country and region possible, with the prices that we believe are fair and deserved in each place for both the ware itself and the people living in that place, and we renew them whenever seen needed in light of new knowledge or discovered mistakes and inaccuracies.
If you believe the price shown to you is inaccurate or unfair, please message us and we’ll talk about it God Willing. Also any thoughts, experience, or anything that might be helpful really regarding this are also very welcome and appreciated. So feel free to reach out!
Likewise for currency, there is no one ‘global currency’ for the prices. There are currencies, possible for us to use and show, and we do so for each place depending on what we see fit for the ware and for the context of that place.
Right now we are limited to a couple ones depending on the payment gateways we use, and as always things would be renewed whenever new things come God Willing.
For a Tunisian notice purpose, the currency shown for the specific country of Tunisia is the Tunisian Dinar (TND).
We reserve the right to renew the prices whenever we deem fit and necessary. The working price is the one shown at the time of order confirmation.
Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.
Payment
Payment is required immediately at the time of buying.
This website uses payment gateways across earth, and country-specific:

These payment choices are handled by Mohamed Amine Messaoudi as a merchant of record from his place in Albania through an agreement between me Seif Islem Messaoudi as head of the website and him, and that’s why you will see his name as the merchant during payment when using them.

Payment choices will show up in the Payment page according to your place.
We do not store and we cannot see the buyer’s payment matters, as expounded in ‘Given Payment Knowledge’ in the Privacy Notice.
Order Confirmation
An order is considered final once payment has been successfully confirmed by the payment gateway.
In case of payment failure, the order will not be handled.
Delivery of the Wares
Upon completing a purchase, the ware will be delivered through a download button present on a download page immediately following order confirmation, and also permanently sent to the email provided during payment in the order completion and confirmation email.
It is the buyer’s task to provide a correct and working email during payment, and as always in case of any unforeseen issues our messaging choices are at your service.
Gift buying
The website allows you to buy the wares as gifts for whoever you want.
When placing a gift order, you must provide a correct recipient email. The ware will be delivered to the specified recipient.
You should watch for:
- The recipient’s email being working
- Ensuring that the recipient is willing to receive the ware
Once the ware is delivered to the provided email, the order is considered fulfilled.
The same terms regarding ware delivery and non-withdrawable purchases work on gift orders.

Intangible Rights & Usage
By buying any of the wares on this website, the buyer agrees to not reproduce, resell, or distribute the work in whole or in part. Unallowed distribution and commercial use without permission is forbidden. This includes forbiddance of use of any ware bought on this website for the purpose of working on non-living handling (‘Artificial intelligence’).
These terms are presented before buying and make a binding agreement upon completing the order.
‘DRM’: There is no ‘DRM’ for the excerpts collections wares in any shape. However, its absence does not grant any additional rights beyond those explicitly stated in these terms.
Works about the wares: Any works about (key word here) the wares (Commentary, review, critique, etc) are completely allowed for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
